Question What is check in/check out time? Answer Check-in 3pm/Check-out 11am Question Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms? Answer We are a non-smoking hotel. Question How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access? Answer High-Speed and Wi-Fi internet access is complimentary for all guests. Question Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available? Answer Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms. Question Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours? Answer Yes, located on the third floor and is equipped with a small selection of cardio equipment. Open 24 hours. Question Do you offer room service? What are the hours? Answer Yes, 7am until 11pm Question Do you have a business center? Answer Yes, located in the lobby. Question Do you have a pool? Answer No, however, the Guest Services staff can assist with locating a nearby facility. Question Do you have a spa? What are the hours? Answer No, however, the Guest Services staff can assist with locating a nearby facility.

Question How do I get to the hotel? Answer Directions can be found using our Get Directions tool on our homepage. Question Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport? Answer No, however our Guest Services Staff is happy to assist with any transportation needs. Question What are your cross streets? Answer State Street and Pearl Street Question Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate? Answer Yes, valet parking is available daily for an additional $16 per night with unlimited in and out privileges.
Question Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge? Answer No charge for cribs. There is a $10 nightly charge for rollaways, and rollaways are not permitted in our queen sized rooms. Question I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this? Answer Please contact the booking agent used to make the reservation Question What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room? Answer 18 years old Question What is your cancellation/deposit policy? Answer If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 4pm day of arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 4pm Eastern Standard time the day of arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies. Question Is my ID/passport required at check in? Answer Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in. Question What age do kids stay for free? Answer Kids 12 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult. Question Do you have connecting rooms? Answer Yes. Question Do you have ADA rooms? Answer Yes, feel free to contact us about any special needs you may have. Question Do you have an early departure fee? Answer Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in a $75 fee is incurred.

Answer We accept cash and all major credit cards. If paying cash you will need to supply a credit card upon check in.
